AerGlobe undertook inspection and reports of manufacturers prototype
aircraft as a part of a project to find a sensible valuation that could
be used for equity collateral and possible future sale
AerGlobe continued field service support to a major widebody manufacturer,
providing personnel, expertise and administration as a 'turn-key' support
:: 2004 ::
AerGlobe underook marketing assistance and technical evaluation of
18 multi-type, multi-manufacturer narrow body commercial aircraft as part
of the due diligence purchase and subsequent portfolio management
AerGlobe project managed the return from storage of a B767-300ER aircraft.
The aircraft had been is storage for 2 years, required migration from a 'bespoke'
maintenance program onto the manufacturers schedule, significant structural and
interior configuration changes, engines thrust upgrade, major letter check, AD
SB embodiment, re-registration and final delivery to a new lessee. This was
within 2 two weeks of the original 3 month program devised
AerGlobe expanded and contracted field service support during the year, as
required by the client. This entailed ensuring that the right person was
provided at the right time, but also could be withdrawn as needed too
:: 2003 ::
AerGlobe was instrumental in bringing together the various parties needed
to supply a VIP aircraft to a Far Eastern government agency. This was a particularly
difficult brief and is still continuing at low key through 2004 into 2005
Multiple aircraft inspections and audits were undertaken as part of a fleet
increase of a North American carrier. The task was to inspect a certain aircraft type
to aid and select those most suitable to join the carriers fleet
This was AerGlobe's first full year of operation and was focused a great deal of
the time on ensuring that the right personnel were found and brought to the
field support services functions. This was the first year of finding ways to
ensure client satisfaction with regard to getting the right people to the right
support slot at the right time and then subsequent withdrawal at the client's need

AerGlobe started trading as an entity in October of this year, undertaking the start
of field service support functions to the major European widebody manufacturer
